DeFITnition – the definition of FITness – is a training programme that is specially tailored to each individual customer.
It combines various approaches to fitness training with a focus on CrossFit, paired with lots of fun and enjoyment during the workouts. With the help of a personalised nutrition plan, extraordinary goals can be achieved in the medium and long term and maintained over the long haul.
What is fitness?
here are three common models for defining fitness, which I like to combine in my work. It does not matter whether you already have experience or not.
Training
Proper technical execution of the movements is the most important goal in all workouts. In addition, training should always be tailored to the client and be enjoyable.
Nutrition
Without the appropriate dietary adjustments, even the best workout is only half as effective. This applies regardless of whether you want to lose weight, maintain your weight or gain weight.
Prices*
Initial consultation: I offer a free initial consultation to anyone interested, either in person or by telephone. This lasts approximately 30 minutes.
Introductory workout: Would you like to get to know me first and see if you want to work with me? No problem! The first workout costs a one-off fee of 35€.
Individual workout: An individual workout costs 85€.
10-session card: Can you only do your workouts irregularly and don't want to commit to me for too long at first? The 10-session card costs £700 and includes a free introductory workout.
3-month training subscription: Would you like to work with me on your goals in the medium term? The 3-month training subscription includes 3 workouts per week and costs £700 per month, including a free introductory workout.
6-month training subscription: Would you like to work with me on your goals in the long term? The 6-month training subscription includes 3 workouts per week and costs £650 per month, including a free introductory workout.
Remote: Would you like to do your workouts flexibly and independently from home? I would be happy to plan your workouts accordingly and make them available to you remotely via an app. You will receive 3 workouts per week. The remote subscription costs £100 per month.
Nutrition coaching: In addition to training, I am happy to recommend an analysis of your eating habits and a corresponding adjustment to your training programme. The basic consultation costs £250 per person for the first month and £50 for each additional month.
Buddy workouts: Don't feel like doing the workout with me alone? No problem, as long as your buddy has a similar fitness level and identical goals. Then you are very welcome to participate in the workout as a pair. Your buddy will then only pay 50% of your chosen offer.
For companies: Would you like to give your employees the opportunity to train regularly as a company? Great idea! We would be happy to work with you to find an individual solution tailored to your company to make your employees healthier and fitter.
*All offers must be paid for in advance, except for training subscriptions. These must be paid for monthly in advance. They are automatically renewed for the respective period. After the first subscription expires, they can be cancelled monthly by the 15th of the previous month. A workout lasts approximately one hour and must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise the costs will still be incurred.
