About me
My name is Kamil, I was born in 1978 and have been actively involved in CrossFit since 2012. At the end of 2020, I decided to turn my calling into my profession and trained as a personal trainer and nutrition coach. I am happy to use my knowledge and experience in the field of fitness to help you define and achieve your goals.
Sport in everyday life
Active sport plays a major role in my everyday life, whereby I like to focus on functionality. For me, that means taking the stairs instead of the lift, walking a few stops instead of waiting minutes for the bus, or even doing without the car or public transport altogether and taking my bike. Because most people today lack everyday exercise in particular. Ideally, regular training should therefore only be an additional incentive for the body, something that comes ‘on top’, a kind of exercise bonus.
